Who's Got (working name) · Last updated July 2026

Who's Got is a concept being tested, not a running service yet. This page covers the only personal information we hold at this stage: what you give us on the waitlist form.

What we collect

If you join the waitlist: your name, email, suburb or town, whether you'd mostly borrow or lend, and your answer to "who would be in your group?". That's it.

What we use it for

Two things. To get in touch when a pilot starts near you, and to understand where interest is coming from while we test the concept. No marketing lists, no newsletters you didn't ask for.

Who else sees it

Nobody. We don't sell it, share it, or swap it. Form submissions are processed and stored by Formspree, the service that runs our waitlist form. We also use privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that counts visits in aggregate and can't identify you.

How long we keep it

For the life of the validation and pilot phase. If the concept doesn't go ahead, the list gets deleted.

Want off the list?

Email hello@whosgot.nz and we'll delete your details. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold, as you're entitled to under the Privacy Act 2020.
